1995: The first coordinated immunization schedule was released.

1997: IACNW was established as a collaborative effort between healthcare professionals with the goal of developing a local immunization registry.

2000: CHILD Profile was adopted by the state of Washington as the official immunization registry.

2012: Today the goals of the Coalition are 1) to promote immunization registry use and 2) offer educational resources to medical professionals.
